名中医杜武勋基于“五脏生克制化”治疗高血压病经验

摘　　要：杜武勋教授基于五脏生克制化辨证模式,着眼于五脏之间生、克、复关系,认为高血压病的核心病机在于“中土不健,肝脾不调”,故以“健运中焦,调肝理脾”为主要治疗原则,在半夏白术天麻汤基础上加减化裁,健运中气,调和肝脾,使五脏通畅,清浊复位,气得周流。五脏生克制化辨证模式通过协调自然气化、人体气化、药物气化,结合患者体质特点、发病时运气特点等进行治疗,临床疗效较好。Professor Du Wuxun based on syndrome differentiation model of five internal organs generation and restraint,believes that the core pathogenesis of hypertension lies in poor middle earth and unregulated liver and spleen.Therefore,based on the main treatment principle of healthy transportation regulating liver and spleen.On the basis of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,the reduction and addition of healthy transportation,regulating liver and spleen,making five viscera smooth,clear and turbidities reset.By coordinating natural gasification,human body gasification and drug gasification,combined with characteristics of patient’s constitution and characteristics of luck at the onset of the disease,dialectical model of five viscera health restraint has better clinical effect.
