从细胞因子的免疫调控作用探讨“扶正祛邪”在重症肌无力治疗中的应用

摘　　要：“扶正祛邪”在痿证的治疗中具有重要的历史地位。重症肌无力是由自身免疫失衡引起的神经肌肉接头损害的神经系统难治性疾病,细胞因子网络失衡是其发病过程中的重要病理现象。在重症肌无力的中医治疗中,基于“扶正祛邪”治法的中药、针灸等治疗均能够通过下调促炎因子、上调抑炎因子,调节机体的细胞因子网络失衡状态,改善肌无力症状。中医“扶正祛邪”调节机体阴阳平衡与现代医学的“上调抑炎因子、下调促炎因子”调节细胞因子网络失衡相似,在中医学辨证论治基础上,运用中医药对细胞因子网络失衡进行调控,或将突破当前MG治疗瓶颈的有效方式。The principle of“reinforcing the healthy qi and removing pathogenic factors”has played a significant historical role in the treatment of atrophy syndromes.Myasthenia gravis(MG)is a neurodegenerative,refractory neurological disease caused by autoimmune imbalance,leading to neuromuscular junction damage.Cytokine network imbalance is an important pathological phenomenon in its disease progression.In the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of MG,therapies based on the principle of“reinforcing the healthy qi and removing pathogenic factors”,such as Chinese medicine,acupuncture,and moxibustion,can alleviate the symptoms of muscle weakness by downregulating pro-inflammatory cytokines and upregulating anti-inflammatory cytokines,thus correcting the cytokine network imbalance in the body.The TCM principle of“reinforcing the healthy qi and removing pathogenic factors”to regulate the balance of yin and yang in the body bears similarities to modern medicine′s approach of“upregulating anti-inflammatory cytokines and downregulating pro-inflammatory cytokines”to address cytokine network imbalance.Based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,using TCM to regulate the cytokine network imbalance may offer an effective way to break through the current treatment bottleneck for MG.
