摘　　要：目的随着军队卫勤保障需求的不断增加和医疗资源的优化整合,军队康复疗养机构“一院多区”的发展模式逐渐成为趋势。全方位提升军队康复疗养机构的卫勤保障能力与服务质量,更好地服务军队人员,助力军队战斗力的提升。方法本文通过对“一院多区”管理方法4个方面的讨论,深入剖析军队康复疗养机构“一院多区”模式下医疗管理工作的特点、建设的重要意义以及面临的挑战,并提出相应的建设策略。结果军队康复疗养机构“一院多区”的发展模式具有整合医疗资源、适应卫勤保障需求持续增长等优势,有助于更高效地开展服务工作,进一步契合军队的相关需求,旨在提高军队康复疗养机构的卫勤保障能力和服务质量。结论军队康复疗养机构“一院多区”的发展模式是适应新时代卫勤保障需求的必然选择。加强“一院多区”医疗管理工作建设,对于提高医疗资源利用效率、扩大服务范围、提升卫勤保障能力具有重要意义。Objective With the increasing demand for military medical service support and the optimization and integration of medical resources,the development model of"one sanatorium and multiple districts"in military rehabilitation and recuperation institutions has gradually become a trend,which can comprehensively improve the medical service support capability and service quality of military rehabilitation and recuperation institutions,better serve military personnel,and help improve the combat effectiveness of the army.Methods Through the discussion of the four aspects of the"one sanatorium and multiple districts"management method,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics,significance and challenges of the medical management work under the mode of"one sanatorium and multiple districts"in military rehabilitation and recuperation institutions,and puts forward the corresponding construction strategies.Results The development mode of"one sanatorium and multiple districts"of military rehabilitation and recuperation institutions has the advantages of integrating medical resources and adapting to the continuous growth of medical service support demand,which helps to carry out service work more efficiently and further meet the relevant needs of the military,aiming at improving the medical service support ability and service quality of military rehabilitation and recuperation institutions.Conclusion The development mode of"one sanatorium and multiple districts"in military rehabilitation and recuperation institutions is an inevitable choice to meet the needs of health service security in the new era.Strengthening the construction of"one sanatorium and multiple districts"medical management is of great significance for improving the utilization efficiency of medical resources,expanding the scope of service and enhancing the ability of medical service support.
