医护技多维度健康教育方式对潜艇官兵疗养期间的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医护技多维度健康教育方式对潜艇官兵在疗养期间的质性研究。方法选取2023年7月至8月到某院疗养的84例潜艇官兵作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分成研究组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组采用常规的健康教育模式,研究组在常规健康宣教的基础上引入医护技多维度健康教育模式。比较两组负性情绪、生活方式及生活质量评分。结果出院前焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分研究组(46.76±3.72)分低于对照组(49.56±3.85)分(P<0.05)。抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分研究组(46.76±3.65)分低于对照组(51.23±3.76)分(P<0.05)。研究组生活方式与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量评分的社会关系领域观察组(54.65±5.72)分高于对照组(53.52±4.26)分(P<0.05);环境领域观察组(57.32±4.75)分高于对照组(53.34±4.53)分(P<0.05);生理领域观察组(51.71±6.89)分高于对照组(48.12±4.56)分(P<0.05);心理领域观察组(55.76±5.42)分高于对照组(54.72±4.58)分(P<0.05)。结论医护技多维度健康教育能显著减轻潜艇官兵的负性情绪,提高生活质量,提高疗养满意率。Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional health education methods of medical and nursing skills during the recuperation period of submarine officers and soldiers.Methods A total of 84 submarine soldiers who were recuperated in a certain hospital from July to August 203 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,with 42 cases in each group.Participants in the control group were given the conventional health education model,while those in the study group were managed by a multi-dimensional health education model by medical staff based on the conventional health education.Negative emotions,lifestyle,and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results Before discharge,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score([46.76±3.72]points VS[49.56±3.85]points,P<0.05)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score([46.76±3.65]points VS[51.23±3.76]points,P<0.05)were significantly lower in the study group than the control group.In evaluating the quality of life,the scores of the social relationship field([54.65±5.72]points VS[53.52±4.26]points),environmental field([57.32±4.75]points VS[53.34±4.53]points),physiological field([51.71±6.89]points VS[48.12±4.56]points)and psychological field([55.76±5.42]points VS[54.72±4.58]points)were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional health education of medical and nursing skills can significantly reduce the negative emotions of submarine officers and soldiers,and improve the quality of life,and the satisfaction rate of recuperation.
