基于便携式牙科设备为高原边境地区基层部队实施口腔卫勤保障的探索

摘　　要：目的利用便携式牙科设备开设流动牙科诊所,为高原边境地区基层部队提供口腔卫勤保障服务。方法研究者援藏期间以各类便携式牙科设备组建包含牙科基本检查诊疗模块、牙科放射检查模块和根管治疗模块的流动牙科诊所,通过定点保障和巡诊保障的方法为当地驻军官兵提供口腔诊疗服务。结果在定点保障模式下,研究者可利用便携式牙科设备为就诊官兵提供较全面的口腔诊疗服务;然而,受多方面因素影响,巡诊保障主要以简单治疗和口腔健康宣教为主。结论便携式牙科设备机动性强、操作简单、价格低廉,可满足高原边境地区基层部队口腔卫勤保障的需要。Objective To establish a mobile dental clinic using portable dental equipment for providing oral health care support for grassroots troops in plateau border areas.Methods During the period of aid to Tibet,various types of portable dental equipment were used to establish a mobile dental clinic that included basic dental examination and treatment modules,dental radiation examination modules,and root canal treatment modules.Dental diagnosis and treatment services were offered to local troops through designated support and patrol support methods.Results Under the designated support mode,portable dental equipment was used to provide comprehensive oral diagnosis and treatment services for visiting officers and soldiers.However,due to various factors,patrol support mainly included simple treatment and oral health education.Conclusion Portable dental equipment has strong mobility,simple operation,and low price,and it can meet the needs of oral health care support for grassroots troops in plateau border areas.
