神经肌肉电刺激联合阶梯康复训练在股骨转子间骨折术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究神经肌肉电刺激联合阶梯康复训练在股骨转子间骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法将郑州市第三人民医院2021年5月至2024年1月收治的股骨转子间骨折手术患者106例作为研究对象。根据不同康复干预方式分为观察组51例(接受神经肌肉电刺激联合阶梯康复训练干预),对照组55例(接受阶梯康复训练干预),均干预3个月。比较两组患者恢复情况及干预前后的髋关节功能、生活质量。结果对照组患者离床时间、部分负重时间、完全负重时间以及骨折愈合时间分别为(3.49±0.92)d、(15.08±4.90)d、(51.28±15.33)d、(12.87±3.11)周,观察组患者离床时间、部分负重时间、完全负重时间以及骨折愈合时间分别为(2.85±0.76)d、(13.14±3.44)d、(44.19±10.26)d、(11.03±2.65)周,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者髋关节功能Harris评定量表(HHS)评分以及欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)各维度得分相近(P>0.05),干预后,观察组HHS量表评分以及EQ-5D量表各维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉电刺激联合阶梯康复训练能够促进股骨转子间骨折手术患者术后恢复,有利于改善患者髋关节功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with stair rehabilitation training in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after operation.Methods A total of 106 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture operated in Zhengzhou Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to different rehabilitation intervention methods,51 cases were divided into observation group(receiving neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with stair rehabilitation training intervention)and 55 cases were divided into control group(receiving stair rehabilitation training intervention),and the intervention lasted for 3 months.The recovery status,hip function and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,the time from bed,the time of partial weight bearing,the time of full weight bearing and the time of fracture healing were(3.49±0.92)d,(15.08±4.90)d,(51.28±15.33)d and(12.87±3.11)weeks,respectively.The time from bed,the time of partial weight bearing,the time of full weight bearing and the time of fracture healing in the observation group were(2.85±0.76)d,(13.14±3.44)d,(44.19±10.26)d and(11.03±2.65)weeks,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the scores of Harris hip score(HHS)and the scores of the dimensions of EQ-5D of hip function were similar in the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of HHS and the scores of the dimensions of EQ-5D in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with stair rehabilitation training can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after operation,improve the hip function and improve the quality of life of patients.
