摘　　要：目的研究心功能分级指导下的康复方案对急性心肌梗死(AMI)介入术后患者心功能、负性情绪、自我效能的影响。方法选取郑州市中心医院2022年1月至2024年1月收治的104例AMI介入术后患者采用随机数字表分组,常规组52例给予常规康复,研究组52例联合心功能分级指导下的康复方案,对比两组患者心功能、负性情绪、自我效能。结果干预后研究组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平为(58.56±0.96)mm,较常规组(59.48±1.08)mm低,6分钟步行距离试验(6MWD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平分别为(447.81±11.43)m、(56.01±2.54)%,较常规组(417.64±9.51)m、(53.45±2.06)%高(P<0.05);研究组干预后,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分分别为(11.32±2.08)分、(11.02±1.93)分,均低于常规组(12.84±2.41)分、(14.06±2.21)分(P<0.05);研究组干预后一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分为(71.29±3.67)分,高于常规组(67.32±3.48)分(P<0.05)。结论心功能分级指导下的康复方案能够有效提高AMI介入术后患者自我效能,改善负性情绪,促进心功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation program guided by cardiac function grading on cardiac function,negative emotion and self-efficacy in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after surgical intervention.Methods A total of 104 patients with AMI after surgical intervention admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided by a random number table.52 patients in the conventional group were given routine rehabilitation,and 52 patients in the study group were combined with rehabilitation program guided by cardiac function grading.Cardiac function,negative emotion and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD)level in the study group was(58.56±0.96)mm,which was lower than that in the conventional group(59.48±1.08)mm.The levels of the 6-minute walking distance test(6MWD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were(447.81±11.43)m and(56.01±2.54)%,higher than those of the conventional group(417.64±9.51)m and(53.45±2.06)%(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the study group were(11.32±2.08)points and(11.02±1.93)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the conventional group(12.84±2.41)points and(14.06±2.21)points(P<0.05).The score of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)in the study group was(71.29±3.67)points,which was higher than that in the conventional group(67.32±3.48)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation program guided by cardiac function grading can effectively improve self-efficacy,improve negative emotion and promote the recovery of cardiac function in patients with AMI after surgical intervention.
