节奏疗法配合PERMA模式多维护理在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨节奏疗法配合PERMA模式多维护理在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用效果。方法将2022年1月至2023年12月天津市环湖医院收治的96例颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者按随机数字表分为两组,每组48例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予节奏疗法配合PERMA模式多维护理,两组均持续护理8周,比较两组的神经功能、平衡功能、认知功能及心理弹性水平。结果干预后,研究组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分为(8.04±1.19)分,低于对照组的(8.88±1.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、简易智能检查量表(MMSE)、认知评估量表(MoCA)及心理弹性量表评分分别为(40.27±3.72)分、(21.73±1.68)分、(20.50±1.58)分,均高于对照组的(38.46±4.19)分、(20.15±1.79)分、(19.06±1.77)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论节奏疗法配合PERMA模式多维护理干预能够减轻颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者神经功能缺陷,改善其平衡功能及认知功能,提高其心理弹性水平。Objective To explore the application effect of rhythm therapy combined with the PERMA(Positive Emotion,Engagement,Relationships,Meaning,and Accomplishment)multidimensional nursing model in the interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods A total of 96 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated with interventional therapy at Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 48 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,while those in the study group received rhythm therapy combined with PERMA multidimensional nursing model.Both groups received continuous nursing care for 8 weeks,and their neurological function,balance function,cognitive function,and psychological resilience levels were compared.Results After intervention,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group([8.04±1.19]points VS[8.88±1.58]points,P<0.05).The Berg balance scale(BBS,[40.27±3.72]points VS[38.46±4.19]points),mini mental state examination(MMSE,[21.73±1.68]points VS[20.15±1.79]points),and the montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA,[20.50±1.58]points VS[19.06±1.77]points),of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rhythm therapy combined with the PERMA multidimensional nursing model can alleviate neurological deficits,improve balance and cognitive function,and enhance psychological resilience in patients undergoing interventional treatment for intracranial aneurysms.
