摘  要:膝关节前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤是运动医学领域的常见问题,可导致膝关节不稳定和功能障碍。步态分析技术在ACL损伤的诊断、治疗和康复中得到广泛应用。本文综述了步态分析在ACL损伤研究中的最新进展。通过对ACL损伤患者步态特征的量化分析,发现步态模式异常,如步速减慢、步长缩短、步幅变小、支撑时间延长等。基于步态参数的评估模型,可用于ACL损伤的早期筛查和诊断。此外,步态分析为制定个性化康复方案、监测康复进程提供客观依据。步态训练可有效改善ACL重建术后患者的下肢功能和运动表现。尽管步态分析在ACL损伤中的研究取得显著进展,但目前尚缺乏大样本、多中心的临床研究数据。未来应进一步开发便携、精准的步态分析系统,并将其与人工智能技术相结合,拓展在ACL损伤预防、诊疗、康复各环节中的应用。Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury is a common problem in the field of sports medicine,leading to instability and dysfunction of the knee joint.Gait analysis has been widely used in the diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of ACL injury in recent years.This paper reviewed the latest progress of gait analysis in the study of ACL injury.Through the quantitative analysis of gait characteristics of ACL patients,we found that the gait patterns were abnormal,such as slow pace,shorter step length,smaller step length and longer support time.The evaluation model based on gait parameters can be used for early screening and diagnosis of ACL injury.In addition,gait analysis provides an objective basis for making individualized rehabilitation program and monitoring the rehabilitation process.Gait training can effectively improve the lower extremity function and motor performance after ACL reconstruction.Although gait analysis has made great progress in the study of ACL injury,there lacks large-sample,multi-center clinical research data.In the future,the portable and accurate gait analysis system should be further developed and combined with artificial intelligence technology to extend its application in ACL injury prevention,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation.
