基于经筋理论探析筋针疗法治疗踝关节扭伤

摘　　要：踝关节扭伤是临床常见疾病,主要表现为局部肿胀、疼痛、功能障碍等,若早期不能及时治疗或失治误治,容易发展成慢性踝关节不稳,最终导致踝关节运动功能严重受限,影响患者的生活质量。本文以经筋理论为依据,论述筋针疗法治疗踝关节扭伤的作用机制。经筋具有维持人体正常体位和运动的功能,踝关节扭伤属于“经筋病-筋性痹病”范畴,因外力损伤,伤及经筋,致气血筋脉痹阻,筋骨关节失于濡养而发病,治疗时通过筋针疗法,以“以痛为腧、以结为腧”为取穴原则,分期论治,浅刺皮下,疏调经筋,激发卫气,筋骨关节得以濡养,以达恢复或重建踝关节运动功能的目的。基于经筋理论指导筋针疗法治疗踝关节扭伤具有良好的效果,为中医临床提供了新的治疗思路。Ankle sprain is a common clinical disease,mainly manifested as local swelling,pain,dysfunction,etc.If it is not timely treated or mistreated in the early stage,it is easy to develop into chronic ankle instability,and eventually leads to serious limitation of ankle motor function and affects the quality of life of patients.Based on the theory of meridian tendon,this paper discusses the mechanism of tendon acupuncture in the treatment of ankle sprain.The meridian tendon has the function of maintaining the normal position and movement of the human body,and ankle sprain belongs to the category of"meridian tendon disease-meridian tendon arthralgia".Due to external damage affecting the meridian tendon,causing qi and blood muscle arthralgia,bones and joints fail in nutrition and result in the disease.The treatment through tendon acupuncture therapy,is to"take the pain as acupoint,take the congestion as acupoint"as the acupoint-taking principle,through stage treatment,shallow subcutaneous stab,thin tendon adjustment,so as to stimulate defensive qi.The muscles,bones and joints can be repaired to restore or rebuild the ankle joint movement function.Tendon acupuncture therapy based on the theory of meridian tendon has a good effect on the treatment of ankle sprain,which provides a new treatment idea for TCM clinic.
