摘　　要：目的明确直升机作业人员非特异性腰背痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)患病的危险因素。方法通过问卷调查某单位2024年6月至9月体检的直升机作业人员NLBP可能的相关暴露因素(包括基本情况和生活方式、作业训练和体育训练情况等),通过单因素方差分析和Logistic回归模型对NLBP患病的危险因素进行筛查。结果共纳入研究对象118例,NLBP的患病率为54.24%,年龄、婚姻、累计飞行时间、载荷峰值和最长飞行时间为NLBP患病的危险因素(P<0.05),载荷峰值(OR=3.272)、累计飞行时间(OR=4.098)和单次最长飞行时间(OR=3.294)为NLBP患病的独立危险因素,飞行后放松(OR=0.101)和每周运动(OR=0.367)为NLBP的保护因素。结论应加强直升机作业人员职业相关NLBP独立危险因素载荷峰值、累计飞行时间和最长飞行时间的防护,同时关注飞行后放松和每周运动。Objective To identify the risk factors for nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)among helicopter operators.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on helicopter operators recuperating at a sanatorium from June to September 2024 to analyze general conditions,work status,physical exercise routines,and potential risk factors related to NLBP.Risk factors for NLBP were screened using one-way analysis of variance and Logistic regression models.Results A total of 118 cases were included in the study,and the prevalence of NLBP was 54.24%.Age,marital status,cumulative flight time,peak load and longest single flight duration were identified as risk factors for NLBP(P<0.05).Peak load(OR=3.272),cumulative flight time(OR=4.098)and maximum single flight duration(OR=3.294)were independent risk factors for NLBP,while post-flight relaxation(OR=0.101)and weekly exercise(OR=0.367)were protective factors against NLBP.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the protection of helicopter operators against the independent risk factors of NLBP,peak load,maximum single flight duration,and cumulative flight time,while also focusing on post-flight relaxation and weekly exercise.
