摘 要:目的分析特勤人员代谢性相关疾病分布情况及特点,找出代谢相关常见病和高发病,为明确干预重点和制订健康促进路径提供科学依据。方法以2021年1月至2023年12月在桂林康复疗养中心参加体检的特勤人员2086例为研究对象,分析代谢性相关疾病检出情况。结果2086例中患代谢性相关疾病者1558例,检出率为74.69%,检出率排名前5位的代谢性疾病依次为高胆固醇血症728例(34.90%)、高尿酸血症660例(31.64%)、高三酰甘油血症531例(25.46%)、高胆红素血症437例(20.95%)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高435例(20.85%);<30岁、30~40岁和>40岁年龄组代谢性相关疾病检出率分别为66.41%、76.71%、81.55%,不同年龄组之间检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=37.505,P<0.01);空勤、海勤和其他特勤人员代谢性疾病检出率分别为76.46%、67.34%、69.88%,不同勤务类别之间检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.657,P=0.001)。结论特勤人员中代谢性疾病检出率较高,主要为高胆固醇血症、高尿酸血症、高三酰甘油血症、高胆红素血症和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高,且不同年龄组和勤务类别之间患病情况有所差异,建议针对重点人群开展针对性的健康干预措施。Objective To analyze the distribution and characteristics of metabolic-related diseases among special agents,and to identify common and high-incidence metabolic-related diseases,thus providing a scientific basis for clarifying intervention priorities and formulating health promotion pathways.Methods A total of 2086 special agents who participated in physical examinations at Guilin Rehabilitation Center from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and metabolic-related diseases in them were analyzed.Results Out of 2086 cases,1558 were diagnosed with metabolic related diseases,with a detection rate of 74.69%.The top 5 metabolic diseases with the highest detection rates were hypercholesterolemia in 728 cases(34.90%),hyperuricemia in 660 cases(31.64%),hypertriglyceridemia in 531 cases(25.46%),hyperbilirubinemia in 437 cases(20.95%),and elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in 435 cases(20.85%).The detection rate of metabolic-related diseases in the age groups of<30 years old,30-40 years old,and>40 years old was 66.41%,76.71%,and 81.55%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the detection rate of metabolic-related diseases between different age groups(χ^(2)=37.505,P<0.01).The detection rate of metabolic-related diseases in aviation,maritime,and other special agents was 76.46%,67.34%,and 69.88%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the detection rate of metabolic-related diseases between different service categories(χ^(2)=13.657,P=0.001).Conclusion The detection rate of metabolicrelated diseases is relatively high among special agents,mainly including hypercholesterolemia,hyperuricemia,hypertriglyceridemia,hyperbilirubinemia,and elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.The incidence of metabolicrelated diseases varies among age groups and service categories.It is recommended to carry out targeted health interventions for key populations.
