家庭照顾者对造口患者自我照护贡献指数量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化家庭照顾者对造口患者自我照护贡献指数量表(caregiver contribution to self-care in ostomy patient index,CC-OSCI),并检验其信效度。方法按照Brislin翻译模式,对CC-OSCI进行翻译和跨文化调试。便利抽样选取于青岛市某三级甲等综合医院门诊就诊的236对造口患者及其主要家庭照顾者作为研究对象进行调查,评价量表的信效度。结果中文版CC-OSCI量表共包含3个分量表22个条目,照护者对自我照护维持的贡献分量表产生2个公因子;照护者对自我照护监测的贡献分量表1个因子;照护者对自我照护管理的贡献分量表2个因子。量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.934,重测信度为0.838~0.938。总量表的内容效度为0.972。结论家庭照顾者对造口患者自我照护贡献指数量表信效度良好,可作为测量我国造口患者的主要家庭照顾者参与其自我照护行为所作贡献的评估工具。Objective To translate and verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of caregiver contribution to self-care in ostomy patient index(CC-OSCI).Methods With the approval of the original author of CC-OSCI,the Brislin translation model was used to translate and cross-culture adaptation to the CC-OSCI.A total of 236 primary family caregiver for ostomy patients from the outpatient of a tertiary comprehensive hospitals in Qingdao were selected from convenience sampling for reliability and validity test of the scales.Results The Chinese-version scale contained 3 scales with 22 items.There were 2,1 and 2 factors involved in the sub-dimensions of the caregiver contribution to self-care maintenance,the caregiver contribution to self-care monitoring,and the caregiver contribution to self-care management,respectively.The coefficient of the total scale Cronbach'sαwas 0.934,and the test-retest reliability ranged from 0.838 to 0.938.The content index of average scales level was 0.972.Conclusion Chinese version of CC-OSCI has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an evaluation tool to measure the participation of major family caregivers in their self-care behavior in China.
