摘  要:随着刀豆蛋白A(Concanavalin A,ConA)的纯化技术和结构性质的深入研究,其应用领域不断扩大。ConA在制备各类肝损伤实验动物模型方面应用较多,对肝脏疾病的诊断与治疗起到了关键作用。在癌症研究中,ConA展现了抗肿瘤能力,能够通过促进细胞凋亡、抑制细胞增殖及阻断血管生成等多种机制,抑制肿瘤细胞的生长和扩散。由于其在临床上的抗癌效果令人瞩目,因此包含ConA的抗癌药物已被广泛用于治疗。此外,ConA在增强人体免疫力方面也显示出了重要的作用,特别是在激活T淋巴细胞方面。它不仅在生物学和生物化学研究中被广泛应用,还在糖蛋白分子的鉴定、临床诊断以及化学和医学研究等领域发挥着重要作用。该文旨在全面回顾ConA目前的研究进展,并对其未来发展方向进行展望。With the in-depth study of concanavalin A(short for ConA)purification methods and its structural properties,its application scope has been continuously expanding.ConA is used to create various experimental animal models of liver injury,which plays a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases.In the field of cancer research,ConA has shown anti-tumor ability through multiple mechanisms like inducing cell apoptosis,inhibiting cell proliferation,and suppressing angiogenesis,effectively restraining the growth and metastasis of cancer cells.Its clinical anti-cancer effects are remarkable,and anti-cancer drugs with ConA have been widely used in clinical treatment.In addition,ConA plays an important role in enhancing human immunity especially in activating the T lymphocytes.ConA is widely used in the fields of biology and biochemistry research.Additionally,ConA has been applied in glycoprotein molecule identification,clinical diagnosis,chemistry,medicine,and other research areas.This article provides a comprehensive review of the current research progress on ConA and outlines its future development directions.
