摘 要:粮食加工是连接产前和产后的关键环节,加工损失决定着进入销售和消费环节的粮食数量和质量,探讨加工环节减损对保障粮食安全具有重要意义。文章采用倾向得分匹配法控制不可观测因素和可观测因素引起的选择性偏差后,分析了企业纵向一体化对稻谷加工环节损失的影响,数据来源于在13个省(市、自治区)的1502个稻谷加工企业的调研。结果表明,与未实行纵向一体化的企业相比,纵向一体化企业能够显著降低稻谷加工损失,该研究结论在进行一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。异质性分析表明,这一影响在民营企业和大中规模企业中更为显著。为此,应通过多种政策手段鼓励粮食加工企业实现纵向一体化,尤其要加强对小规模加工企业的支持力度,积极推动节粮减损工作。The grain processing serves as a critical link between production and consumption,directly affecting both the quantity and quality of grain entering the market.Reducing losses in the processing stage is essential for ensuring food security.This paper employs the propensity score matching method to control selection bias caused by both unobservable and observable factors,and analyzes the impact of vertical integration on rice processing losses.Data from a survey of 1,502 rice processing enterprises across 13 provinces(municipalities,and autonomous regions)is used for the analysis.The findings indicate that vertically integrated enterprises can significantly lower rice processing losses compared to those that have not implemented vertical integration.This conclusion remains robust after a series of sensitivity tests.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the reduction in losses is more pronounced in private enterprises and medium-to large-sized companies.Based on these findings,policy measures should focus on promoting vertical integration among grain processing enterprises,with particular emphasis on supporting small-scale processors to furthering efforts in grain saving and loss reduction.
