摘  要:为了研制一种轻质薄层宽带吸波材料,采用抄纸法制备一种由短切碳纤维和短切玻璃纤维组成的超薄碳玻纸,将含有导电碳纤维的碳玻纸作为电损耗层与聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫介质层交替粘接成型为多层复合吸波材料。通过对材料进行介电常数试验、反射率仿真计算以及反射率实测,开展材料的反射率各向异性研究,探索材料的反射率性能。结果表明:采用自由空间法试验的吸波材料的复合电磁参数模拟的反射率与材料实测反射率基本吻合;通过材料阻抗匹配设计的多层碳基材料均展现了优异的吸波性能,材料在8~18 GHz的反射率均小于-10 dB,吸波效能大于90%,其中当PMI泡沫厚度为2 mm、碳纤维质量分数分别为0.01%、0.15%、0.20%时,多层复合吸波材料吸收性能最优,最大反射率为-28.03dB@15.73 GHz;短切碳纤维在碳玻纸中分散均匀,材料反射率各向异性小。In order to develop a lightweight thin layer wideband absorbing material,an ultra-thin carbon glass paper was prepared by paper making method.The carbon glass paper containing conductive carbon fiber was used as the electric loss layer and the Polymethacrylimide(PMI)foam medium layer was used as the matching layer,the above two layers were alternately bonded into a multilayer composite absorbing material.The reflectivity performance of the material was explored through dielectric constant testing,reflectance simulation calculation,reflectance measurement,and anisotropy study of the material reflectance.The results show that the reflectance simulated by the free space method is basically consistent with the measured reflectance.The multilayer carbon-based materials with impedance matching design all show excellent radar wave absorbing performance.The reflectance of the materials is less than-10dB at 8 to 18GHz,and the wave absorbing efficiency is greater than 90%.The best absorption performance is achieved when the thickness of PMI foam is 2mm and carbon fiber content is 0.01%,0.15%,and 0.2%,respectively.The maximum reflectance is-28.03dB@15.73GHz.The short carbon fiber is evenly dispersed in carbon glass paper,and the material reflectance anisotropy is small.
