摘　　要：为实现全面数字化转型,提升检测检验能力和报告质量,优化客户服务体验,文章针对凿岩机检测实际需求,设计开发了一套凿岩机性能检测报告无纸化数字管理系统,该系统实施方案包括原始记录数据、硬件接口、网络架构、网络安全、程序开发,实现了报告的电子化生成和管理。同时,分析了数字管理系统的实施过程,并对其效果进行评估。结果显示,报告生成时间缩短30%,综合成本节约20%。In order to achieve comprehensive digital transformation,improve the testing and inspection ability and report quality,and optimize the customer service experience,this paper designs and develops a paperless digital management system for rock drill performance test report based on the actual demand of rock drill testing.The implementation scheme of the system includes original record data,hardware interface,network architecture,network security and program development,which realizes the electronic generation and management of the report.At the same time,the implementation process of the digital management system is analyzed and its effect is evaluated.The results show that the report generation time is reduced by 30%and the comprehensive cost is saved by 20%.
