摘 要:目前,物联网技术的集成应用面临数据传输延迟、系统安全性不足、设备间互操作性差等挑战。基于此,文章探讨了物联网技术在智能制造中的集成模式,其在提高制造效率、保障生产安全、推动智能化进程中的作用,并提出了相应的优化策略与解决方案。研究表明,物联网技术的有效集成能够提升智能制造系统的整体性能与可靠性,对推动制造业数字化转型具有重要意义。At present,the integrated application of Internet of Things technology faces challenges such as delayed data transmission,insuffi cient system security,and poor interoperability among devices.As a result,this paper discusses the integration mode of Internet of Things technology in intelligent manufacturing and its role in improving manufacturing effi ciency,ensuring production safety and promoting intelligent process,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies and solutions.The research shows that the effective integration of Internet of Things technology can improve the overall performance and reliability of intelligent manufacturing system,which is of great signifi-cance to promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.
