摘  要:文章综合分析煤矿井下电气控制系统的现状,针对存在的问题和需求,设计基于变频调速技术的电气控制系统优化方案,详细讨论变频器选型、变频调速单元集成设计、控制逻辑配置方法、系统集成与接口配置等关键技术问题,并通过系统测试,验证所述优化方案的适用性和有效性。This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of underground electrical control system in coal mine.Aiming at the existing problems and demands,the optimization scheme of electrical control system based on variable frequency speed regulation technology is designed.The key technical problems such as frequency converter selection,variable frequency speed regulation unit integrated design,control logic confi guration method,system integration and interface configuration are discussed in detail.The applicability and effectiveness of the optimization scheme are verifi ed by system testing.
