摘 要:为解决矿井提升机控制系统响应速度慢、远程控制难的问题,文章提出了基于可编程逻辑控制器的优化方案,采用冗余控制设计和模块化编程技术,在硬件上确保了系统的高可靠性,在软件上简化了程序设计,便于后期维护。通过采取优化控制逻辑、引入先进算法及安全保护系统设计等措施,实现了矿井提升机运行的高效化、智能化与可靠化,为矿山生产的转型升级提供了有力支撑。In order to solve the problems of slow response speed and difficult remote control of mine shaft hoister control system,an optimization scheme based on programmable logic controller is proposed in this paper.Redundancy control design and modular programming technology are adopted to ensure the high reliability of the system in hardware and simplify the program design in software to facilitate later maintenance.By taking measures such as optimizing control logic,introducing advanced algorithms and designing safety protection system,the high effi ciency,intelligence and reliability of mine shaft hoister operation are realized,which provides strong support for the transformation and upgrading of mine production.
