摘 要:文章以EBZ-300型纵轴式掘进机为研究对象,采用ANSYS数值模拟软件,对不同工况下的掘进机回转台结构开展强度分析。研究结果表明,不同工况下回转台的轴销部位均出现了明显的应力集中现象,强度安全系数校核结果显示其低于设备许用安全系数。根据分析结果,对轴销部位的长度及直径进行优化改进,最终使该部位的应力最大值有所降低。将优化后的回转台结构应用到EBZ-300型纵轴式掘进机的实际生产中,发现轴销结构各部位应力环境得到明显改善,大幅提高了掘进机的运行稳定性。This paper takes EBZ-300 longitudinal roadheader as the research object,and uses ANSYS numerical simulation software to carry out strength analysis of the rotary table structure of roadheader under different working conditions.The results show that there are obvious stress concentration phenomena in the shaft pin part of the rotary table under different working conditions,and the strength safety coeffi cient checking results show that it is lower than the allowable safety coefficient of the equipment.According to the analysis results,the length and diameter of the shaft pin part are optimized and improved,and the maximum stress of the part is fi nally reduced.The optimized rotary table structure is applied to the actual production of EBZ-300 longitudinal roadheader,and it is found that the stress environment of each part of the shaft pin structure is obviously improved,and the operation stability of the roadheader is greatly improved.
