摘 要:为解决高应力多裂隙围岩巷道支护困难的问题,文章以双柳矿3316工作面为例,针对工作面开采煤层围岩应力高、多裂隙、支护困难的特征,设计了针对巷道的强化控制与高效锚固支护技术。通过采用UDEC数值模拟软件,分析了不同采动应力对工作面顺槽围岩位移及变形的影响,进而提出了3316抽采巷围岩锚网索支护参数设计方案,并在实际工作中进行了应用和验证。实践结果表明,采用高效锚固支护技术,巷道两侧及顶部变形得到了有效控制,变形量较小,支护效果显著。In order to solve the diffi cult problem of roadway support with high stress and multi-fracture surrounding rock,this paper takes the 3316 working face in Shuangliu Mine as an example to design the strengthening control and efficient anchoring support technology for roadway in view of the characteristics of high stress,multi-fracture and diffi cult support of coal seam surrounding rock in working face mining.By using UDEC numerical simulation software,the influence of different mining stress on the displacement and deformation of surrounding rock in the working face along the roadway is analyzed,and then the design scheme of bolt-mesh-cable support parameters of surrounding rock in 3316 extraction roadway is put forward,which is applied and verifi ed in practical work.The practice results show that the deformation of both sides and top of the roadway is effectively controlled by using the efficient anchoring support technology,the deformation is small,and the support effect is remarkable.
