摘  要:在“双碳”发展背景下,要求提高煤炭能源利用率,重介质分选是实现这一目标的关键环节,结合当前我国煤炭洗选行业的发展趋势,开展重介质分选工艺智能化改造迫在眉睫。基于此,文章以某选煤厂为研究对象,分析重介质分选工艺智能化改造某要点,以提高选煤厂重介质分选智能化控制效果。Under the background of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"development,it is required to improve the utilization rate of coal energy,and heavy medium separation is the key link to achieve this goal.Combined with the current development trend of coal washing industry in China,it is urgent to carry out intelligent transformation of heavy medium separation process.Based on this,this paper takes a coal preparation plant as the research object,analyzes the key points of intelligent transformation of heavy medium separation process,in order to improve the intelligent control effect of heavy medium separation in coal preparation plant.
