超高含硫气田湿气增压工艺优化与应用研究

摘  要:国外含硫气田后期多采用酸性湿气增压技术提高气田采收率,我国在此领域起步较晚,相对缺少降压开采、增压集输技术和对关键装备的研制。中国石油化工集团有限公司首座高含硫增压站在普光P101集气站实施先导试验,抗硫增压机组于2022年1月开始试车,至今已运行近12000 h,运行效果良好。文章详细介绍普光气田主体开采的增压幅度、增压时机和增压模式,对不同增压方案进行优选,对湿气增压工艺进行优化研究,形成超高含硫气田湿气增压工艺并推广应用,取得了较好的效果。Sulfur-containing gas fields in foreign countries often use acidic wet gas boosting technology to improve gas fi eld recovery ratio,but China started late in this field,and relatively lacked depressurization exploration,boosting gathering and transportation technologies and the development of key equipment.The first high sulfur booster station of China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation implemented pilot test in Puguang P101 gas gathering station,and the sulfur-resistant booster unit began trial operation in January 2022,and has been running for nearly 12000 hours so far,with good operation effect.This paper introduces in detail the boosting amplitude,boosting timing and boosting mode of the main part exploration in Puguang gas field,carries out optimization research on different boosting schemes,optimizes the wet gas boosting process,forms the wet gas boosting process for gas fi eld with ultra-high sulfur and promotes its application,which has achieved good results.
