摘 要:煤矿的安全性随着煤矿采掘深度的增加而降低,煤矿采掘越深,水害发生的概率越大,使用探放水钻进技术能够治理水害,保证采掘安全。为了能够提高钻进效率,文章对煤矿的地质、水文等地理状况进行了分析,并且分析得到探放水影响因素,使用灰色关联法确定了泵量、转速与钻压对探放水钻进效率的影响较大,基于此提出了探放水钻进的增效方式,并基于煤矿现场情况制订应用方案,通过应用结果可知,探放水钻进效率提升至5.3 m/h,证明文章探放水钻进增效研究方法可行。The safety of coal mine decreases with the increase of mining depth.The deeper the coal mine is excavated,the greater the probability of water disaster occurs.The use of water exploration and drainage drilling technology can control water disaster and ensure the safety of mining.In order to improve the drilling efficiency,this paper analyzes the geological,hydrological and other geographical conditions of the coal mine,and analyzes the infl uencing factors of water exploration and drainage.The Grey Relational Analysis is used to determine that the pump volume,rotational speed and drilling pressure have a great infl uence on the drilling effi ciency of water exploration and drainage.Based on this,the effi ciency enhancement method of water exploration and drainage drilling is proposed,and the application scheme is formulated based on the fi eld situation of the coal mine.The application results show that the drilling effi ciency of water exploration and drainage is improved to 5.3 m/h,which proves that the water exploration and drainage drilling effi ciency enhancement research method is feasible.
