预制桩与基础结构快速连接施工技术研究

摘　　要：文章主要介绍了预应力预制管(方)桩桩顶与基础筏板机械连接方式在工程实践中的应用要点,采用预应力钢棒作为锚固钢筋,通过特殊加工的快速连接件,利用螺丝将螺旋槽钢棒锁定在预制桩端板上,实现预制桩与基础筏板快速连接。该方法适用于桩顶设有预应力张拉端或张拉套筒的预制混凝土桩的桩顶与基础筏板之间的连接,施工效率和质量显著提高,达到了良好的效果。This paper mainly introduces the key points of the application of the mechanical connection method between the pile top of prestressed prefabricated pipe(square)pile and the foundation raft in engineering practice.The prestressed steel bar is used as the anchoring steel bar,and the helical grooved steel bar is locked on the end plate of prefabricated pile by screws through the specially processed fast connection parts,so as to realize the fast connection between prefabricated pile and foundation raft.This method is suitable for the connection between the pile top with prestressed tensioning end or tensioning sleeve of the prefabricated concrete pile and the foundation raft.The construction efficiency and quality are significantly improved,and good results are achieved.
