摘 要:矿山机械设备在使用过程中容易出现故障,采用行之有效的故障诊断技术,展开识别、维修和处理工作,有利于实现矿山安全和高效运转。文章分析了常见的矿山机械设备故障诊断技术,包括主观诊断技术、无损检测技术、在线监测诊断技术和智能诊断技术,并提出矿山机械设备故障预防措施,旨在提高机械设备的性能,延长矿山机械设备的使用寿命,提升采矿作业的经济效益。Mining mechanical equipment is prone to faults in the process of use.Using effective fault diagnosis technology to carry out identification,maintenance and treatment is conducive to the safe and effi cient operation of mines.This paper analyzes the common fault diagnosis technologies for mining mechanical equipment,including subjective diagnosis technology,non-destructive testing technology,on-line monitoring and diagnosis technology and intelligent diagnosis technology,and puts forward the preventive measures of mining mechanical equipment faults,aiming at improving the performance of mechanical equipment,prolonging the service life of mining mechanical equipment,and improving the economic benefits of mining operations.
