有色金属开采机械设备故障处理及预防对策

摘　　要：为了提高有色金属开采效率,文章对有色金属开采中的机械设备故障展开探讨,分别介绍了凿岩台车、铲运机、矿卡三种设备在开采中的常见故障,并提出定期开展开采机械设备维护与保养、提高设备操作人员的技术水平、熟练应用多元化故障诊断与维修技术等故障预防对策。研究结果表明,对有色金属开采机械设备进行故障诊断与维修,可以降低开采设备故障的发生率,从而为有色金属开采机械设备稳定运行提供保障。In order to improve the effi ciency of nonferrous metal mining,this paper discusses the faults of mechanical equipment in nonferrous metal mining,introduces the common faults of rock drilling jumbo,scraper and mine dump truck in mining,and puts forward the fault prevention measures such as carrying out maintenance of mining mechanical equipment on a regular basis,improving the technical level of equipment operators,skillfully applying diversifi ed fault diagnosis and maintenance and repair technology.The results show that the fault diagnosis and maintenance and repair of nonferrous metal mining mechanical equipment can reduce the incidence of mining equipment faults,so as to provide guarantee for the stable operation of nonferrous metal mining mechanical equipment.
