摘 要:煤矿通风机是保障矿井通风、维护矿工生命安全的关键设备。文章针对煤矿通风机电气故障,从定子绕组匝间短路、转子断条、编码器失效、变频器保护等典型故障入手,深入剖析了故障表现形式、成因和危害。在此基础上,文章从绕组故障在线检测与智能报警、转子断条故障无损精准诊断、编码器失效冗余设计与自诊断、变频器参数优化及调试流程改进等方面出发,提出了一套行之有效的预防性维修策略,以期为相关研究提供参考。Coal mine ventilator is the key equipment to ensure mine ventilation and maintain the safety of miners.Aiming at the electrical faults of coal mine ventilator,this paper analyzes the manifestations,causes and hazards of the faults from the typical faults such as stator winding inter-turn short circuit,rotor broken bar,encoder failure and frequency converter protection.On this basis,it puts forward a set of effective preventive maintenance strategies from the aspects of on-line detection and intelligent alarm of winding fault,non-destructive and accurate diagnosis of rotor broken bar fault,redundant design and self-diagnosis of encoder failure,optimization of frequency converter parameters and improvement of debugging process,in order to provide reference for related research.
