液态二氧化碳防灭火技术应用分析

摘  要:为降低工作面自燃火灾带来的危害,文章介绍了液态二氧化碳防灭火的原理,从注入流程、钻孔位置和注入强度三个方面探讨了该技术的应用要点,并结合实例分析应用效果。采用液态二氧化碳防灭火技术后,工作面支架和上下隅角的一氧化碳浓度均下降至安全值以下,防灭火效果明显。In order to reduce the harm caused by spontaneous combustion fire in working face,this paper introduces the principle of liquid carbon dioxide fi re prevention and extinguishing,discusses the application points of this technology from three aspects:injection process,drilling position and injection strength,and analyzes the application effect with examples.After adopting the liquid carbon dioxide fi re prevention and extinguishing technology,the CO concentration in the working face support and the upper and lower corners is reduced to below the safety value,and the fi re prevention and extinguishing effect is obvious.
