摘  要:为探究定向射孔作业对套管外光纤的影响,降低光纤的损伤率,保障定向分簇射孔作业的成功率,利用Abaqus数值模拟软件进行了三维仿真模拟。构建了射孔弹-射孔枪-套管数值模型,分析了分簇射孔后套管外壁应力变化规律。结合地面打靶和现场试验,通过对不同规格射孔弹、射孔方向与光纤夹角等影响因素的分析,评估金属射流和冲击波对套管外壁光纤的影响。通过数值模拟和现场试验,确定了尺寸(外径×壁厚)为139.70 mm×12.70 mm、139.70 mm×7.72 mm、114.30 mm×8.56 mm、114.30 mm×6.88 mm的套管的安全区和避射区的角度范围,减少了射孔过程中光纤的损伤风险。研究表明,特定角度布置光纤可显著降低损伤概率,现场试验结果与模拟结果高度一致,验证了模数值拟结果的准确性。该研究为射孔作业安全布置光纤提供理论指导,对保障套管外置光纤的完整性、安全性具有重要意义。To investigate the effect of directional clustered perforation operations on the outer casing fiber optic,reduce the fiber optic damage rate and ensure the success rate of directional cluster perforation operations,a three-dimensional simulation is conducted using Abaqus numerical simulation software.A numerical model of the perforation charge,perforation gun,and casing is established to analyze the stress variation on the outer casing wall after cluster perforation.Combined with surface target shooting and field tests,the impact of different perforation charge specifications,perforation direction,and the angle between the perforation and fiber optic on the casing wall is studied to assess the effects of metal jets and shock waves on the outer casing fiber optic.Through numerical simulations and field tests,the safe zone and no-shooting zone angle ranges for casings with dimensions of 139.70 mm×12.70 mm,139.70 mm×7.72 mm,114.30 mm×8.56 mm and 114.30 mm×6.88 mm are determined,reducing the risk of fiber optic damage during the perforation process.The study shows that positioning the fiber optic at specific angles can significantly reduce the damage probability.The field test results are highly consistent with the simulation,verifying the accuracy of the numerical simulation results.The research provides theoretical guidance for the safe deployment of fiber optics during perforation operations and is of significant importance for ensuring the integrity and safety of the outer casing fiber optic.
