我国智慧经济的驱动因素研究

摘　　要：智慧经济已成为新型经济发展的重要形态,创新集群和技术进步是关键。我国智慧经济发展迅速,但仍面临一些问题。未来我国需优先发展教育、完善金融体系、推广企业家和管理者培训、加强知识产权的控制,出台一揽子政策来支持经济活动的智慧化。同时,创新集群的发展对智慧经济发展具有推动作用,政府应重视基础设施投资、企业间合作、培养高技能劳动力、培育创新创业精神以及出台智慧化的配套政策。技术进步在智慧经济发展中也具有重要作用,我国一方面要大力支持技术发展及其与传统产业的融合,打造可持续的创新型智慧经济,另一方面要积极参与国际合作,共同促进智慧经济的发展。This paper discusses the driving forces for the development of China’s smart economy,including innovation clusters,technology development and scientific research.Smart economy has become an important new economic form,while innovation clusters and technological progress are key.China’s smart economy is developing rapidly,but still faces some problems.In the future,China needs to prioritize the development of education,improve the financial system,promote the training of entrepreneurs and managers,strengthen the control of intellectual property rights,and introduce a package of policies to support the smart economy.Meanwhile,innovation clusters have a role in the development of the smart economy,and the government should pay attention to infrastructure investment,business cooperation,cultivating a highly skilled labor force,fostering innovation and entrepreneurship,and introducing supporting policies.Technological progress also plays an important role in the development of the smart economy.China should,on one hand,strongly support technological development and its integration with traditional industries,and,on the other hand,actively participate in international co-operation to jointly promote the development of the smart economy.
