摘  要:预应力激光弯曲成形是实现航天航空领域高强铝合金曲面板件无损伤精确弯曲成形的新方法,探明成形过程铝合金板料变形行为是合理调控板料变形的前提。本文运用有限元模拟方法,结合弹塑性力学中的应变能理论,对高强铝合金板料成形过程弹塑性变形行为进行了分析研究。结果表明:激光扫描过程,板料塑性应变能是由预加载后板内弹性应变能和激光能量转化而来;随着预载荷的增大,板料塑性应变能近似呈指数上升趋势;随着激光能量的增大,板料塑性应变能近似呈线性上升趋势;塑性应变能的升高主要源于更多弹性应变能的转化。基于分析结论,开展了高强铝合金壁板成形过程弹塑性变形调控验证,实现了曲面壁板的高效高精度成形。Pre-stress laser bending is a new method for the plastic bending of high strength aluminium alloy panels with no damage and high precision.In order to control the bending deformation reasonably,the elastic-plastic deformation behavior of the forming aluminium alloy panels should be revealed.In this paper,the elastic-plastic deformation behavior of a being bent high strength aluminium alloy panel is investigated with the finite element simulation method along with the strain energy theory of elastic-plastic mechanics.It is shown that during the laser scanning process,the generated plastic strain energy is derived from the transformation of both the elastic strain energy induced by pre-load and the laser thermal energy.With the increase in the pre-load,the plastic strain energy increases exponentially.With the increase in the laser energy,the plastic strain energy increases linearly.The increase in the plastic strain energy mentioned above is mainly due to the greater conversion of elastic strain energy.Based on the analysis results,the regulation and verification for the elastic-plastic deformation of the forming high strength aluminium alloy panel are carried out,which indicates that the high efficient and high precision elastic-plastic deformation control of the high strength aluminium alloy curved integral panel is achieved.
