摘  要:为探究矿山井下环境因素对红外成像的影响,利用自主研发的多元环境模型箱,结合磷矿山井下实际环境,选取环境静态气流温度、动态气流温度、湿度、粉尘浓度4种干扰因素,分析其对井下磷块岩红外成像的影响,结果表明:当环境温度为21℃时,测得环境静态气流温度每上升1℃,磷块岩表面的红外辐射值上升0.125℃;环境动态气流温度每上升1℃,磷块岩表面的红外辐射值上升0.105℃;环境静态气流温度对井下磷块岩红外成像影响较大,而环境湿度、粉尘浓度对磷块岩红外成像影响相对较小;随着环境气流温度的升高,红外成像仪测得的磷块岩表面红外辐射值呈线性增大。研究成果可为深部工程多光谱遥感监测预警技术研究提供理论支撑。In order to explore the influence of underground environmental factors on the quality of infrared imaging,a self-developed multi-dimensional environmental model box was used,combined with the actual environment of phosphate mines underground.Four interference factors,including static and dynamic airflow temperature,humidity,and dust concentration,were selected to analyze their effects on infrared imaging of underground phosphate rocks.The results show that when the ambient temperature is 21℃,for every 1℃increase in static airflow temperature,the infrared radiation temperature on the surface of phosphate rocks increase by 0.125℃;For every 1℃increase in ambient dynamic airflow temperature,the infrared radiation temperature on the surface of phosphate rock increases by 0.105℃;The static airflow temperature in the environment has a significant impact on the infrared imaging of phosphate rocks,while dust concentration and airflow humidity have a relatively small impact on the infrared imaging of phosphate rocks;As the ambient airflow temperature increases,the infrared radiation value on the surface of phosphate rock shows a linear increase.The research results can provide theoretical support for improving the research of multispectral remote sensing monitoring and early warning technology for deep engineering.
