摘 要:球霰石型碳酸钙晶体具有独特的物理和化学性质,在日用、生物医药和新材料等领域极具应用前景。以表面活性剂P_(507)、仲辛醇、煤油为原料,采用反相微乳液法合成了球形球霰石型碳酸钙颗粒,探究了水与P_(507)的物质的量之比(水表比)、反应物浓度和pH对碳酸钙形貌和晶型的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和热重分析仪等手段对产物的形貌、结构进行了表征。结果表明:P_(507)可以有效调控碳酸钙的形貌和晶型,球形碳酸钙晶型主要为球霰石;球形碳酸钙的形成机理为P_(507)和Ca^(2+)形成CaA_(2)螯合物,碳酸钙在CaA_(2)螯合物表面的形核长大,CaA_(2)对碳酸钙进行自组织形成自颗粒中心向外辐射的纤维状结构,继而发展成“小麦束”结构,最终形成球体。Calcium carbonate crystals of vaterite have unique physical and chemical properties,and have great application prospects in fields such as daily use,biomedicine,and new materials.Spherical aragonite calcium carbonate particles were synthesized by reverse microemulsion method with surfactant P_(507),secondary octanol and kerosene as raw materials,and explored the effects of the ratio of water to P_(507)substance(water surface ratio),reactant concentration,and pH on the morphology and crystal form of calcium carbonate.The morphology and structure of the product were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis.The results indicate that P_(507)effectively regulates the morphology and crystal structure of calcium carbonate,and the spherical crystal structure of calcium carbonate is mainly aragonite.The formation mechanism of spherical calcium carbonate is the formation of CaA_(2)chelates by P_(507)and Ca^(2+).Calcium carbonate nucleates and grows on the surface of the CaA_(2)chelate,and CaA_(2)self-organizes the calcium carbonate to form a fibrous structure radiating from the center of the particles,which then develops into a"wheat bundle"structure and ultimately forms a sphere.
