摘  要:为改善传统水泥基封孔材料孔隙特性和渗透特性,提高瓦斯抽采效率,利用自主搭建的封孔材料孔隙/渗透测试系统,研究聚乙烯醇水溶性聚合物改性水泥基注浆封孔材料的孔隙率、渗透率及抗压强度等参数的变化。结果表明:相较于纯水泥体系,在添加了0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%聚乙烯醇聚合物后,封孔材料的气体渗透率分别降低了13%、51%、13%、23%;聚乙烯醇聚合物的加入能够改善水泥基材料的物理组织结构,提高水泥基封孔材料的抗渗透性能并产生柔性加固,在封孔材料中添加1%的聚乙烯醇聚合物时可以达到最好的抗渗透效果。This paper aims to improve the pore characteristics and permeability of the traditional cement-based sealing materials and improve the efficiency of gas extraction.The study is accomplished by using the self-built pore/permeability test system of sealing material to conduct the experimental study on the porosity,permeability,and compressive strength of the cement-based grouting material modified by a water-soluble polymer of polyvinyl alcohol.The results show that compared with the pure cement system,the gas permeability of the sealing material is reduced by 13%,51%,13%and 23%after adding 0.5%,1%,1.5%and 2%PVA polymer,respectively.The addition of the polyvinyl alcohol polymer can improve the physical structure of cement-based materials,improve the permeability resistance of cement-based pore sealing materials,and produce flexible reinforcement.The best permeability resistance effect can be achieved by adding 1%polyvinyl alcohol polymer to the pore sealing materials.
