摘 要:为研究煤层硬度对采空区遗煤的粒度和耗氧速率的影响,通过煤的程序升温氧化实验,拟合了不同粒径下煤样耗氧速率与温度的关系式,得到了指前因子与平均粒径的关系曲线。通过开展坚固性系数测定实验,得到了坚固性系数与冲击后煤样的粒径分布,分析了煤样坚固性系数与指前因子的关系。结果表明:煤样的指前因子随粒径增大而减小,遗煤粒度不同,其氧化速率也不同;冲击后混合煤样的指前因子与单一粒径煤样中的指前因子的比值随坚固性系数的增大而减小,采空区遗煤自燃的危险性需要考虑其硬度这一关键指标。This paper intends to investigate the effect of the hardness of the coal seam on the particle size and the oxygen consumption rate of the residual coal in goal.The study is performed by fitting the relationship equation between the oxygen consumption rate of the coal samples and the temperature with different particle sizes by the programmed temperature-raising oxidation test of the coal and obtaining the relationship curves of the pre-exponetial factor and the average particle size,conducting the experiments for the determination of the firmness coefficient to obtain the distribution of the firmness coefficient and the particle size of the coal samples impacted,and analyzing the relationship between the firmness coefficient of the coal samples and pre-exponetial factor.The results show that the pre-exponetial factor of the coal samples decreases with the increase of particle size,so the oxidation rate of the remaining coal is different with the different particle sizes.The ratio of the pre-exponetial factor a of the mixed coal samples after impact to that of the in the single particle size coal samples decreases with the increase of the firmness coefficient.The risk of spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal in goaf needs to be considered in the context of its hardness as a key index.
