摘 要:针对极薄煤层采煤机滚筒装煤效率差的问题,设计适用于极薄煤层滚筒内煤流走向特性的渐变升角叶片。以分段点的位置和卸载端升角为主要设计参数,采用离散元方法研究滚筒装煤过程,利用离散元分析软件EDEM构建滚筒截割煤壁耦合模型,仿真分析滚筒的装煤过程,探究普通叶片和渐变升角叶片装煤效率,以及滚筒包络范围内颗粒速度。结果表明,当渐变升角叶片的分段点取在1/2时,叶片分段点处升角为18°,卸载端侧升角为24°,滚筒装煤效率获得较优值,叶片包络范围内煤炭颗粒在y与x方向速度比值获得较优值。This paper aims to address the problem of low coal loading efficiency of the shearer drum for very thin coal seams,and designs the gradient helix angle blades suitable for the coal flow direction characteristics within the drum for extremely thin coal seams.By taking the position of the segmentation point and the helix angle at the unloading end as the main design parameters,the study consists of studying the coal loading process of the shearer drum with the discrete element method;developing a coupling model of the shearer spiral drum cutting the coal wall by using the discrete element analysis software EDEM to simulate the coal loading process of the shearer spiral drum;analyzing the coal loading efficiencies of the ordinary blades and the gradually changing helix angle blades,and obtaining the particle velocities within the drum envelope range.The results show that the coal loading efficiency of the shearer spiral drum obtains an optimal value,as happens when the segmentation point of the gradient helix angle blade is taken at 1/2,the helix angle at the blade segmentation point is 18°,and the helix angle on the unloading end side is 24°;and within the blade envelope range,the ratio of the velocity of coal particles in y direction to that in x direction can obtain an optimal value.
