摘 要:为了解决传统永磁电动滚筒试验设备存在可调节性差以及检测精度差等问题,研制了一种新型永磁电动滚筒试验台,基于理论计算确定液压缸的相应参数,设计了永磁电动试验台液压系统,通过在Automation studio软件内建立试验台液压系统的虚拟模型进行液压系统仿真,对比分析各液压缸仿真响应时间与设计响应时间。结果表明,各个液压缸响应时间与设计值误差绝对值在5%~7%之间,验证了该系统设计的可靠性。This paper is aimed at addressing the poor adjust-ability and low detection accuracy in traditional testing equipment by permanent magnet electric roller and developing a new type of permanent magnet electric roller test bench.The study consists of obtaining the corresponding parameters of the hydraulic cylinder based on theoretical calculations;designing a hydraulic system of the permanent magnet electric test bench;and by establishing a virtual model of the hydraulic system of the test bench in Automation studio software for hydraulic system simulation,comparing and analyzing the simulation response time of each hydraulic cylinder with the design response time.The results show that the absolute error between the response time of each hydraulic cylinder and the design value is between 5%and 7%,which verifies the reliability of this system design.
