摘  要:针对矮塔斜拉桥平行钢绞线斜拉索施工期间索力精细化控制手段不足的问题,以鹤大高速佳木斯过境段松花江特大桥为工程背景,建立松花江特大桥有限元模型,分析施工过程中斜拉索索力和主梁变形演变规律,提出基于测力计、伸长量、主梁挠度变形的索力监测“三控”方法,推导单根钢绞线初始张拉力控制值的解析公式,给出了钢绞线修正量计算方法。结果表明,斜拉索整束索力误差在3%以内,单根钢绞线之间张拉力均匀性偏差在2%以内,达到了控制目标。This paper is aimed at addressing the deficiency of fine control means in cable force during the construction of parallel steel strands of low-tower cable-stayed bridges.The study building on Songhua River Bridge in Jiamusi section of Heda Expressway as the engineering background involves developing a finite element model of the whole Songhua River Bridg;analyzing the evolution law of the cable force and main beam deformation during the construction;proposing a"three-control"method for cable force monitoring based on dynamometer,elongation and main beam deflection deformation;deriving the analytical formula for the initial tension control value of a single steel strand;and defining the calculation method for the correction value of the steel strand.The results show that the error of the entire cable force of the cable is within 3%,and the uniformity deviation of the tension between single steel strands is within 2%,achieving the control target.
