高温养护对水泥处理土力学及化学性能的影响

摘  要:为有效评估不同温度下养护条件对水泥处理土强度发展的加速作用,对不同温度下养护的水泥处理土试样进行单轴压缩试验和热重分析,探讨温度对强度发展的加速作用。结果表明:随着养护温度的升高,水泥处理土的强度发展的加速作用增强;基于阿伦尼乌斯法则,可以准确评估等效年龄的加速强度发展效果,等效年龄相同,则无论养护温度如何,水化反应都以相同的速度进行;在70°C养护时,强度发展和水化反应的加速效果均等于或小于55°C,说明加速强度发展效果的温度是有上限的。该研究结果对工程实践中高温养护水泥处理土具有借鉴意义。This paper aims to effectively evaluate the accelerating effect of curing conditions at different temperatures on the strength development of cement treated soil.The study conducts the uniaxial compression tests and thermogravimetric analysis on the cement treated soil samples cured at different temperatures and investigates the accelerating effect of temperature on strength development.The results indicate that with the increase of curing temperature,the acceleration effect of the strength development of cement treated soil is enhanced.Based on Arrhenius rule,the accelerated intensity development effect of equivalent age can be evaluated accurately.With the same equivalent age,the hydration reaction could go at the same speed regardless of the curing temperature.When cured at 70°C,the acceleration effects of strength development and hydration reaction are equal to or less than 55°C,indicating that there is an upper limit to the temperature of the acceleration effect of strength development.This research results have reference significance for high-temperature curing cement treated soil in engineering practice.
