摘　　要：不确定性的存在对传统体育现代化力图构建的确定性图景产生极大的冲击,但同时不确定性也成为理解中国式现代化进程中体育现代化的重要视角。本文从现代化“不确定性”的理论分析框架出发,以现代化“共时性与历时性”为视角,梳理体育现代化在过程、方式、结果、主体及环境等层面面临的诸多不确定性挑战,表现为局部滞后与治理淆杂、技术危机与范式偏差、路径依赖与价值冲突、资源失调与利益失衡和先验时空与矛盾变化。由此提出应对策略,实现理论变革:从“分类诊断”到“整体把握”的认知取向,从“滞后性风险应对”到“不确定性导向革新”的范式转变,从“西方视野”到“本土话语”的研究转型,从“结构预设”到“本体复归”的理念革新,从“先验时空”到“时空重塑”的研究视角;助力实践转向:迈向优质均衡的体育现代化,引入动态适应的优化策略,高水平开放激活内生式发展源动力,发挥主体协同的聚合效应,构建韧性治理的体育治理体系。本研究旨在为体育现代化提供理论支撑和实践导向,助力体育强国建设。The existence of uncertainty significantly challenges the deterministic ideals that traditional sports modernization aims to establish.Yet,it also provides vital perspective through which people can understand sports modernization in the process of Chinese modernization.This paper utilizes a theoretical framework centered on“uncertainty”in modernization and analyzes the various dimensions of sports modernization,including its processes,methodologies,outcomes,actors and environments from the standpoint of“synchronic and diachronic”features of modernization.It identifies several uncertainty challenges that sports modernization faces,such as partial delays and governance complexities,technological disruptions and paradigm shifts,over reliance on paths and cognitive inertia,resource imbalances and conflicting interests,as well as human-induced risks and evolving conflicts.In response to these challenges,the paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to facilitate theoretical transformation:transitioning from“categorical diagnosis”to“comprehensive understanding”in cognitive approach,shifting from“reactive risk management”to“uncertainty-driven innovation”in paradigm change,moving from“western-centric”to“localized discourse”in research focus,evolving from“structural assumptions”to“ontological reflection”in conceptual development,and adopting a shift from“pre-determined space-time”to“dynamic space-time reconstruction”in research perspective.Furthermore,the paper aims to drive practice turn:advancing towards a more balanced and high-quality sports modernization,implementing dynamic and adaptive optimization strategies,leveraging high-level openness to drive endogenous growth,fostering collaborative synergy among key stakeholders,and establishing a resilient governance framework for sports.Ultimately,this paper seeks to offer both theoretical grounding and practical direction for sports modernization,contributing to the overall goal of building a sports power.
