体育用品制造业形成新质生产力的本质要义、演进趋向及实践路径

摘　　要：新质生产力的提出为我国体育用品制造业迈向高质量发展提供了“以新促质”的新思路。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,在剖析体育用品制造业形成新质生产力的本质要义基础上探寻其演进趋向。研究认为,体育用品制造业在新型劳动者、新型劳动对象、新型劳动工具、新型基础设施4个维度分别呈现出由技能改进向创新应用、由被动挖掘向能动增值、由“加式”融合向“乘式”跃升、由保障基础运行向多维赋能的演进趋向。据此,提出体育用品制造业形成新质生产力的实践路径:驱动人力资源知识化,实现新型劳动者素质跃升;深化劳动客体数据化应用,推动新型劳动对象创新实践;提升技术转化效能,促进新型劳动工具迭代;筑牢供给之基,加快新型基础设施布局。The proposal of new quality productive forces has offered a new thinking of“quality promotion through novelty”for the advancement of China’s sports goods manufacturing industry towards high-quality development.By employing research methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study explores the evolution trend of new quality productive forces in the sports goods manufacturing industry based on the analysis of its essential meaning.It suggests that in the four dimensions of new laborers,new labor objects,new labor tools and new infrastructure,there emerge evolutionary tendencies respectively from skill improvement to innovative application,from passive exploration to active value addition,from“additive”integration to“multiplicative”escalation,and from ensuring basic operation to multi-dimensional empowerment.Accordingly,the practical paths for the formation of new quality productive forces in sports goods manufacturing industry are proposed:driving the intellectualization of human resources to realize the quality escalation of new laborers;deepening the application of object digitalization to promote innovative practices of new labor objects;enhancing the efficiency of technology transformation to accelerate the iteration of new labor tools;and reinforcing the supply foundation to expedite the layout of new infrastructure.
