摘 要:产业空间结构优化包括微观和宏观两个维度,微观维度是指产业发展的空间布局优化,宏观维度是指产业发展在概念空间上的结构优化。基于改进的结构相似系数方法,本文创新构建了一种空间夹角指数方法来评价宏观维度的产业空间结构优化水平,并结合MATLAB软件及自编程序对基于空间夹角指数方法来评价产业空间结构优化水平的主要影响因素及影响效应进行了算法模拟,随后将空间夹角指数方法应用于兰州-西宁城市群产业空间结构优化水平评价中。结果显示,基于空间夹角指数方法来评价产业空间结构优化水平时,空间权重矩阵的设计方式、纳入分析的地区数、产业划分的类别数、单个地区的产业结构四个因素均会影响评价结果;纳入分析的地区数对产业空间结构优化水平的评价结果均值不存在明显的影响效应,产业划分的类别数与产业空间结构优化水平的评价结果均值之间呈现明显的单调递增关系;2003~2021年,基于39个县、区、市视角,以及基于加总视角测度得到的兰州-西宁城市群产业空间结构优化水平的总增长率及年均增长率均较低。The industrial spatial structure optimization includes two dimensions:micro and macro.The micro dimension refers to the spatial layout optimization of industrial development,while the macro dimension refers to the structural optimization of industrial development in three-dimensional or conceptual space.On the basis of the improved structural similarity coefficient method,this article innovatively constructs a new spatial angle index method to evaluate the industrial spatial structure optimization level at the macro level and applies it to the level evaluation in the Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration.Meanwhile,combined with MATLAB R2023a and self-designed programs,samplings and simulations were conducted to evaluate the effects of the main four factors on the values of the industrial spatial structure optimization level assessed by the spatial angle index method.The conclusion shows that,First,four factors such as the design method of spatial weight matrices and their elements,the number of regions included in the assessment,the number of categories of industrial division,and the industrial structure of individual regions will all affect the evaluation results.Second,the number of regions included in the assessment does not have a significant impact on the average of the evaluation results of the industrial spatial structure optimization level,while the number of categories of industrial division shows a significant monotonic increasing relationship with the average of the evaluation results.Third,from 2003 to 2021,the industrial spatial structure optimization level in the Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration developed slowly,either from the perspective of the 39 sub-administrative regions or from the sum perspective.
