摘 要:伴随数字经济的发展,数字技术逐渐普及,居民数字素养日渐提升,进而改变了收入分配格局并影响共同富裕进程。基于中国劳动力动态调查数据,本文从“富裕”和“共享”两个维度构建共同富裕评价指标体系,深入探究数字素养提升对共同富裕的影响效应及作用机制。研究表明,数字素养能够显著推动家庭共同富裕水平的提升,运用工具变量法、PSM分析法进行规范的稳健性检验及内生性分析,结论依然成立;数字素养推进共同富裕的效应在城乡、群体以及区域之间存在差异,可见其普惠性和包容性尚待提升;数字素养通过促进家庭创业和金融市场参与推进农村家庭共同富裕水平提升,但对城市家庭仅通过金融市场参与的路径发挥效应;数字素养对富裕程度和共享程度的促进作用存在城乡差异,数字素养更能助力农村家庭实现“富裕”,同时更有利于城市家庭实现“共享”。With the advancement of the digital economy,digital technology is progressively being adopted and residents'digital literacy is gradually improving,thereby reshaping income distribution patterns and influencing the process of achieving common prosperity.Drawing on data from the China Labor Dynamics Survey(CLDS),we construct an evaluation index system for common prosperity based on two dimensions:“wealthy”and“shared”.This framework enables us to delve into the impact and mechanisms through which digital literacy influences common prosperity outcomes.The results show that:Digital literacy significantly enhances lev⁃els of common prosperity among households.This conclusion remains robust even after conduc⁃ting normal sensitivity tests,instrumental variable analysis,and PSM analysis.The effect of digital literacy in promoting common prosperity varies across urban-rural areas,different de⁃mographic groups,and regions;thus necessitating improvements in its universality and inclu⁃siveness.In rural households,digital literacy promotes common prosperity by fostering family entrepreneurship as well as participation in financial markets.Conversely,for urban house⁃holds,it solely operates through financial market engagement.There exist disparities between urban and rural areas regarding how effectively digital literacy promotes both wealth accumula⁃tion(“wealthy”)for rural families versus equity(“shared”)for urban families.
