数字经济如何促进能源效率提升?

摘　　要：本文使用2013~2019年30个省份(除西藏以及港澳台之外)的年度面板数据,采用考虑非期望产出的超效率SBM模型以及熵权法分别对能源效率和数字经济发展水平进行了测度,进而通过构建面板模型研究了数字经济对能源效率的影响关系。实证结果表明,数字经济对能源效率的影响并非传统的线性关系,而是随着数字经济的不断发展呈现先抑制后促进的关系。不仅如此,门槛模型结果显示,技术进步在门槛值以下时对该影响的促进作用不显著,而在门槛值以上时则能够显著促进数字经济对能源效率的影响。与此同时,数字经济对资本产出效率和劳动产出效率也存在显著的促进作用,并且如果把技术进步作为门槛调节变量,数字经济对资本产出效率和劳动产出效率的促进作用仍然显著;基于中介效应的检验证实了数字经济促进能源效率提升的间接作用,但在其中只有劳动要素起到了主要的促进作用。最后,本文根据实证结果提出了相关的政策建议。This paper uses the annual panel data of 30 provinces(except Xizang,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2013 to 2019 to measure the energy efficiency and the development level of digital economy by using the super-efficiency SBM model and the entropy weight meth⁃od,respectively and the influence of digital economy on energy efficiency is studied by con⁃structing panel model.The empirical results show that the impact of digital economy on energy efficiency is not a traditional linear relationship,but a relationship of first inhibition and then promotion with the continuous development of digital economy.Furthermore,the threshold effect of technological progress on the nonlinear influence of digital economy on energy efficien⁃cy is also determined.The results show that technological progress has no significant promoting effect on the influence of digital economy on energy efficiency when the threshold value is be⁃low,but significantly promotes the influence of digital economy on energy efficiency when the threshold value is above.In addition,the results also show that digital economy has a signifi⁃cant promoting effect on capital output efficiency and labor output efficiency,and if technologi⁃cal progress is taken as the moderating variable,digital economy still has a significant promo⁃ting effect on capital output efficiency.Tests based on the intermediary effect confirm the indi⁃rect role of the digital economy in promoting energy efficiency,but only the labor factor plays a major role in promoting it.
