数字化转型对企业绿色创新效率的影响研究——以沪深A股上市制造业企业为例

摘　　要：本文基于2015~2021年沪深A股上市制造业企业数据,通过文本挖掘方法构建企业数字化转型程度指标,运用三阶段DEA模型测算企业绿色创新效率。基于此,采用Tobit面板回归模型探究企业数字化转型对其绿色创新效率的影响机制。结果表明,当受到外部环境因素和随机误差因素影响时,企业的纯技术效率水平会被低估,而企业的规模效率水平会被高估。剔除外部环境因素和随机误差因素后,企业的纯技术效率仍然是促进绿色创新效率提升的主要因素,而企业的规模效率低会限制企业绿色创新效率的提升。企业数字化程度对企业绿色创新综合效率和纯技术效率具有正向促进作用,但对规模效率的影响并不显著。这表明企业数字化程度是通过企业技术和管理方面的效率提升来促进企业绿色创新效率提升的。在分别剔除信息行业企业及信息披露不合格的制造业企业后,数字化转型程度对企业绿色创新综合效率和纯技术效率起到的正向推动作用增强,而对规模效率的影响仍不显著。该结果可为挖掘企业数字化转型的绿色低碳方向以及企业绿色创新效率的提升路径提供建设性意见。Digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is an internal driving force to promote their green innovation.Based on the data of A-share listed manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2015 to 2021,this paper constructs indicators of the degree of digital transformation of enterprises through text mining method.The three-stage DEA model is applied to measure the green innovation efficiency of enterprises,and the characteristic trend of their efficiency is portrayed with the help of DEA-Malmquist index.Based on this,Tobit re⁃gression model is used to explore the impact mechanism of enterprisesdigital transformation on their green innovation efficiency.The results show that enterprise technology and environment are the main factors leading to the low efficiency of green innovation,and the degree of digital⁃ization has positive effects on the current green innovation efficiency and pure technology effi⁃ciency to varying degrees,but it has a certain inhibitory effect on scale efficiency.After exclu⁃ding the influence of the information industry and manufacturing enterprises with unqualified information disclosure,It still plays a strong role in promoting the overall efficiency and pure technical efficiency.The results can be of great significance for promoting the construction of China's green innovation system and the related digital transformation of manufacturing indus⁃try.
