摘　　要：中国式现代化是在法治轨道上运行的现代化,政法工作现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分,推进高质量司法是实现政法工作现代化的必然要求。面对维护安全稳定、重大战略实施、矛盾纠纷治理、人民群众司法需求、高水平对外开放、审判能力建设等新形势新挑战,必须推进高质量司法。要坚定不移走中国特色社会主义法治道路,坚持党的绝对领导,坚持以人民为中心,立足国情、放眼世界,建设公正高效权威的中国特色社会主义司法审判制度,建设高质量审判体系,锻造高水平审判能力。The Chinese modernization is a modernization running on the track of rule of law.The modernization of political and legal work is an important part of Chinese modernization.Promoting high-quality judiciary is essential to realize the modernization of political and legal work.In the face of new situations and challenges such as maintaining security and stability,implementing major strategies,resolving conflicts and disputes,meeting the judicial needs of the people,high-level opening up to the outside world,and judicial capacity-building,it is necessary to promote high-quality judiciary.We must unwaveringly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,adhere to the absolute leadership of the Party,put the people at the center,base ourselves on the national conditions and keep the whole world in view,build a fair,efficient and authoritative judicature with Chinese characteristics,establish a high-quality judicial system,and forge high-level judicial capacity.
