摘 要:目的利用惯性传感器明确慢性外侧踝关节不稳(chronic lateral ankle instability,CLAI)患者步态模式的变化,并分析其可能发生的原因。方法本研究于2022年5月至2022年12月期间,在首都医科大学附属世纪坛医院招募19例CLAI患者(CLAI组)和19例健康对照者(健康对照组)进行步态分析。CLAI组男12例,女7例;年龄28~34岁,平均(30.95±5.67)岁。健康对照组男10例,女9例;年龄27~31岁,平均(29.37±3.12)岁。所有受试者均采用可穿戴式惯性传感器系统Physilog收集步态数据,包括基本时空参数(步频、步态周期时间、步幅、步速)和运动学参数(最大摆动角速度、足跟着地角度、足趾离地角度、摆动速度)。结果通过非实验室环境下的可穿戴式惯性传感器采集的数据显示,CLAI组与健康对照组在步态参数上存在显著差异。CLAI组的步频、步速、最大摆动角速度、足跟着地角度、足趾离地角度及摆动速度均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论本研究利用可穿戴式惯性传感器在非实验室环境下成功评估了CLAI患者与健康人群在步态模式上的显著差异,为CLAI患者的步态特征提供了客观的量化数据。Objective To identify changes in gait patterns in patients with chronic lateral ankle instability(CLAI)using inertial sensors and analyze the potential underlying causes.Methods This study recruited 19 patients with CLAI and 19 healthy controls from May to December 2022 at the Capital Medical University Affiliated Shijitan Hospital for gait analysis.In the CLAI group,there were 12 males and 7 females;the age range was 28~34 years,with a mean age of(30.95±5.67)years.In the healthy control group,there were 10 males and 9 females;the age range was 27~31 years,with a mean age of(29.37±3.12)years.All participants were equipped with the Physilog wearable inertial sensor system to collect gait data,including basic spatiotemporal parameters(step frequency,gait cycle time,stride length,walking speed)and kinematic parameters(maximum swing angular velocity,heel-strike angle,toe-off angle,swing speed).Results Data collected in a non-laboratory setting using wearable inertial sensors revealed significant differences in gait parameters between the CLAI patient group and healthy controls.Specifically,the CLAI group exhibited significantly lower step frequency,walking speed,maximum swing angular velocity,heel-strike angle,toe-off angle,and swing velocity compared to the healthy control group(P<0.05).Conclusion This study successfully evaluated significant differences in gait patterns between CLAI patients and healthy individuals using wearable inertial sensors in a non-laboratory setting,providing objective,quantified characteristics of gait in CLAI patients.
