摘　　要：多功能破碎筛分斗作为一种属具,可装配于挖掘机等工程机械,广泛应用于建筑垃圾处理、矿山开采、土壤治理等场景。该产品采用直接驱动技术提高破碎、筛分效率;通过逆转防卡技术将卡在其中的混凝土或者岩石推出,然后可以立刻使液压马达正转继续进行破碎;采用轮轴直接驱动技术替代原来的电机皮带连接方式,提高了传动效率;根据应用对象不同,可更换不同的轮轴,以破碎和筛分不同大小和种类的颗粒。Multifunctional crushing and screening bucket,as a kind of attachments,can be assembled onto excavators and other construction machinery,which is widely used in the scenarios such as construction waste disposal,mining and soil treatment.This product adopts direct drive technology to improve crushing and screening efficiency;the concrete or rock stuck in is pushed out through reversing anti-jamming technology,and the hydraulic motor can immediately rotate positively to continue crushing;the camshaft direct drive technology is adopted to replace the original motor belt connection,which improves the transmission efficiency;according to the different objects of application,different camshafts can be replaced in order to crush and screen particles of different sizes and types.
